Terms of Service

Get DRSSD (“DRSSD”, “we”, “us”) is made by ZIKZAK LLC. In these terms, “the app” means the Get DRSSD iPhone app and this website, and “you” means the person using it.

Get DRSSD suggests an outfit from clothes you have already told it you own, chosen for the day's weather. It sends that suggestion to your lock screen in the morning. You tap to accept it or to see another one.

It is a suggestion, and nothing more. It is not advice of any kind — not professional, medical, legal, financial or safety advice. It does not know whether what it suggests is warm enough, appropriate for where you are going, or safe for what you are about to do. You decide what you wear, every time, and you are responsible for that decision.

The suggestions are produced partly by an AI model, and AI models get things wrong. Weather forecasts are also wrong sometimes, and they come from third parties we do not control.

You need your own Apple Account and you need to be old enough to enter into a contract where you live. You must be at least 13, or older if the country you are in sets a higher minimum age for using an online service without a parent's permission.

The app is not built for children. It has no child profiles, no parent-managed accounts and no parental consent flow in this version, so please do not set it up for a child. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will delete it.

Signing in with Apple is the only way to use Get DRSSD. There is no password to lose and we never see one. You are responsible for the Apple Account you sign in with and for what happens under your DRSSD account.

One person, one account. You can delete your account at any time from the app, and our support page explains exactly what that removes.

Get DRSSD is a paid subscription. Apple collects the money, not us — we never see your card, and we never hold your payment details.

The price, the billing period and the length of any free trial are shown to you in the app before you confirm, and they are the ones that apply. Payment is taken by Apple when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, and Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the new period starts.

If a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it runs out. Free trials are one per person — if you have already had one, you will not get another, including after deleting and re-creating an account.

Cancel any time in your Apple subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until that period runs out.

Refunds are Apple's to give. We cannot issue one, reverse a charge or extend a period on Apple's behalf. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's own terms govern the purchase itself, alongside any refund rights the law where you live gives you, which these terms do not take away.

We may change prices. If we do, the change applies from your next renewal, and Apple tells you before it takes effect so you can cancel.

• Don't use Get DRSSD to break the law, or to infringe anyone else's rights.
• Don't upload photographs of other people without their permission, and don't upload anything illegal, sexual, hateful or violent.
• Don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or work around the app, the paywall, the free trial or our servers.
• Don't use bots, scripts or automated tools against the service, and don't resell or redistribute it.
• Don't create more than one account to get extra free trials.

Every outfit we generate costs us money, so there is a ceiling on how much one account can use in a month. Your daily outfit always continues — that is the promise and it is never paused. The optional extras can be: reshuffling, outfits for a specific occasion, swapping the outfit when rain appears, and adding clothes from a link.

The photographs you add and the details you type about your clothes belong to you. We do not claim them.

To make the app work, you give us permission to store, copy and process that content, and to pass a photograph to the image services named in our privacy policy so it can be turned into a clean picture of the garment for your closet. That permission is limited to running the service for you.

We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train any AI model — ours or anyone else's. We do not license it to anyone except the service providers listed in the privacy policy, and only so that they can do the specific job we hired them for. The permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already made in backups that have not yet aged out.

You promise that you have the right to upload what you upload — that the photographs are yours to use, and that anyone recognisable in them is happy for you to send them to us.

The app, the website, the name, the look and everything in them other than your own content belongs to ZIKZAK LLC or the people who license it to us. You get permission to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for yourself, for as long as these terms are in force. That is the whole of it — no copying, reselling, modifying or extracting the software.

We are a small team and the app is still changing. We may add, change or remove features, and we may take the service down for maintenance or for good. If we discontinue the service while you are in a paid period, you can ask Apple for a refund of the unused part.

We will try to keep the morning outfit arriving, but we do not promise it will always be on time or always arrive. Push delivery, weather data and the AI model are all things we depend on and do not control.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so in the app or by email before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page always tells you when it last changed. Carrying on using the app after that means you accept the new version.

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about it — not that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its suggestions will suit you.

Some places do not allow a company to exclude warranties like this. If you live somewhere that does not, this section applies to you only as far as the law there permits, and your statutory rights are untouched.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or anything that follows from a suggestion you chose to act on.

Where we are liable, our total liability to you for everything combined is limited to whichever is greater: the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights come first and these terms do not reduce them.

You can stop at any time: cancel the subscription through Apple, and delete your account in the app.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is being used to abuse the free trial or the usage limits, or where we are required to by law. If we close an account that had done nothing wrong, you can ask Apple for a refund of the unused part of the period.

Sections 7 (the permission you gave us, as it applies to copies already made), 8, 10, 11 and 13 survive the end of this agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and disputes go to the state and federal courts located in Prince William County, Virginia.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the law of the country you live in, and you can always bring a claim in your own local courts where the law there says you can.

If a part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to. You cannot transfer this agreement to someone else; we can transfer it if the business is sold, and we will tell you if that happens.

Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no responsibility for the app, but Apple may enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary, and Apple's standard licensed-application terms also apply to your use of the app.
