Get DRSSD picks tomorrow's outfit from the clothes you already own and puts it on your lock screen before you wake up. Here is how to get help with it.
What the app does
You photograph your clothes once. After that, Get DRSSD looks at the weather where you are and composes one outfit for the morning. It arrives on your lock screen before you wake up. You tap to accept it, which also records that you wore it, or tap again for a different look.
It needs an iPhone on iOS 17 or later, Sign in with Apple, and notifications turned on so the morning outfit can reach you.
Getting help
Email support@getdrssd.app and tell us what happened, what you expected instead, and roughly when. If you can, include your customer number — it is on the Account screen in the app, and it lets us find you without you sending us anything personal.
We are a very small team, so please give us a few working days.
If the morning outfit did not arrive
Check three things first, in this order. That notifications are allowed for Get DRSSD in iPhone Settings. That your wake time in the app is the one you actually get up at — the outfit is composed an hour before it. And that you have added at least ten items of clothing, which is the point where there is enough to build a real outfit from.
If all three are right and it still did not arrive, email us with the date it was missing.
Cancelling your subscription
Apple handles all billing for Get DRSSD, so cancelling happens in your Apple settings rather than in our app. Open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, or on your iPhone tap your name at the top of Settings, then Subscriptions, then Get DRSSD, then Cancel Subscription.
Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep the app until the period you have already paid for runs out. If you are in a free trial, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged at all.
Refunds come from Apple, not from us — we genuinely cannot issue one. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or your data. That is a separate step, below.
Deleting your account
You delete your account from the app, under Settings. You will be asked to type your customer number to confirm, so it cannot happen by accident. Signing in on this website is not switched on yet, so the app is the way to do it — if you no longer have the app, email us and we will do it for you, once the request is confirmed from the email address on your account. The next section explains that check.
Your account is deleted straight away, from your iPhone and from our servers, and it cannot be undone. Your closet, your photographs, your wear history and the style profile built from them are gone from the iPhone at once and cannot be brought back, except from your own iPhone backup if you have one. A marker naming the last account to sign in stays behind, so a different Apple account cannot inherit your closet; the privacy policy explains it.
On our servers, your account record, subscription record and anything else tied to you is deleted at the same moment. If something on our side fails part-way, we retry every day until it is finished. Our encrypted nightly backups keep a copy until they are replaced, normally within 14 days. Two things deliberately survive: a record that the account existed and was deleted, and a record that your Apple account has already used its free trial, so trials cannot be claimed over and over. Neither contains your name or your email — our privacy policy explains both. If you sign in again later with the same Apple account, you start a new account from scratch.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it with Apple first, or you will keep being charged.
Getting a copy of your data
Your closet and your wear history live on your iPhone rather than with us, and the app hands them to you directly: Settings, then Privacy, then “Your data”, then “Export my closet”.
The much smaller amount we hold on our servers — your account details, your subscription, your overnight schedule and anything staged for your next outfit — is on the same screen: tap “Download what our server holds”. The file comes straight to your phone, with nobody in between, and you can save it or send it wherever you like.
You can also ask by email, at privacy@getdrssd.app — useful if you no longer have the app. We send the file only to the email address on your account: the one Apple passed to us when you first signed in. If you chose Hide My Email, that is one of Apple's relay addresses, and Apple forwards what we send to your own inbox.
A customer number on its own is never enough. You share it every time you write to support, and it is on your Account screen for anyone who sees your phone. So when a request comes from any address other than the one on the account, we do not answer it with your data: we write to the address on the account instead, and act only on a reply from there. An account deletion asked for by email is checked the same way.
Privacy questions
The privacy policy is written to be read rather than to be survived, and it says exactly what leaves your phone and who receives it. If something in it is unclear, ask us — we would rather rewrite a paragraph than have you guess.
Reporting a problem
Bugs, bad outfits, something that looks wrong or feels wrong: email support@getdrssd.app. Security issues go to the same address with “security” in the subject line, and we will come back to you before we do anything else.
